"This was my first time working with State Farm. I needed to insure my cars, home and new condo after my previous insurer dropped me becasue my 12# Terrior Mix rescue bit my son after being frightened.
My agent is Kyla Berges and she was wonderful. She was able to set up all the policies I needed with appropriate coverage and rates that are very reasonalble. She was easy to work with, always polite and easy to talk to. Unforturnately my husband has already gotten into a car accident and State Farms claim department was prompt and helpful getting this taken care of. I would highly recommend the Karl Herman State Farm Agency."

"The Brooklyn Park office maybe permanently closing? No notice yet"
"Hi Steve — Thx for the review … we ran into some snags with the leased spaces:changing of landlords at the Brooklyn Park location over the last few years … not closing up shop just moving locations — so we will be relocating that office this Fall … most likely by October … we will get a timely notice out to all our customers when that happens and a timeline. Same phone number, same agency, same staff — just a new spot!
